Daniel Castell
Founding Partner
Daniel is an accomplished leader in the renewable energy industry, with a rich, 20+ year career marked by driving large engineering teams and demonstrating a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects. His journey includes pivotal roles such as Platform Director of Alstom's Offshore Wind Turbine Haliade 150-6MW. Daniel is also the inventor behind several solutions patented by Ecotecnia, Alstom, and GE.
Daniel holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a PDG from IESE Business School.

Sylvain Maymard

Sylvain is a seasoned Wind Energy professional, having over a decade of experience in the wind energy sector with a background in leading commercial and project management roles across Europe at GE Renewable Energy and Alstom Wind. Sylvain has succesfully led wind energy projects across various European countries. His core expertise includes contract negotiation, contract management and wind turbine procurement.
Sylvain holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and Universitat Politecnica Catalunya.
